Carney Rally Fliers Canvass SU Campus

Fliers, clearly labeled as "paid for by Chris Carney" have been posted all over campus advertising a political rally are now being found in academic buildings. One would think that this kind of soliciting is prohibited, but nothing has been done by the administration. Is this not solicitation on campus? And even worse, it is not sponsored by a student-led organization.

This seems like something the University would not want to have posted on their walls. An outsider may think of this as the University showing its support for Chris Carney.
